In order to support you as a leader we offer coaching to senior and middle level managers. We use coaching in many different situations. It may be to support someone in a new and challenging role, to assist someone who is looking for a career change or to help clients think through some work issues which are not getting resolved. We like to help you think through exactly what you want to achieve and form a partnership during the coaching period which may be as short as six sessions to one or two years.
